How it works

1. Book a face to face or remote assessment via our 'services' page and select a time. Once you have booked your appointment, we will contact you to request further details.

2. The assessment will take place at your home workstation or over a video call. During the appointment, we will assess how you interact with your workstation. We may ask specific questions related to the nature of your work and any discomfort you may currently be experiencing to help produce an in depth and accurate assessment.

3. Following the appointment, we will write a detailed report with recommendations that will be sent to you via email. 

4. You may also want to share your assessment with your employer. Employers have obligations to protect their workers against the health risks associated with using display screen equipment. Further information can be found within The Health and Safety (Display Screen Equipment) Regulations 1992.

5.Ongoing support and advice throughout and after the assessment process.
