Refund policy
Cancellations & missed appointments
Our business operates on a scheduled appointment basis. When cancelling an appointment, we require all customers to provide:
- MORE than 24 hours' notice to to your scheduled appointment.
- If less than 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your appointment.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request. Each request will be assessed on a case by case basis. We will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
